New Blogging experience??
I urh,... just updated my blog to urm... The new blog thingy with the Google Stuff.. yep.. ok nvm.. useless piece of information (but I'm not exactly sure now how to work this new thing out! Ok. Nvm.) so yeah.. no wonder I haven't blogged for so long. I resist change.
Yack. Back to real rants..
I was just out reading ppl's blogs (friend's, deffinitely) and it kinda struck me.. I mean, I do realised that friends are important and all, but.. It kinda occur to me that most of the ppl who I can consider good friends and some of whom I'm close to are already leaving me one by one.. And get this: THEY'RE ALL HEADING TO AUSTRALIA!! (Ok.. I realised. No link. Haha) But seriously man! I mean, what's with that country, you know? It seems like half my life (ever since pri3) I've been associated with that nation, one way or another.. First there was the school.. Then there was the people. Let me tell you all the ppl I know who is there right now (most of them are my Indonesian friends btw.. or fellow Indonesians).
1. The earliest I know to be staying there would be my all time best-buddy and friend: Gloria Paramitha Dharma. One of the earliest friend I've ever made in all my life.. Can be considered as one of the true friends I had. She went to Australia, Sydney a year after I left for Singapore.
2. Let's see.. Kath Heath? a friend I made in AISS primary. (it stands for "Aussy Intl. Sch, not Ahmad Ibrahim btw) She left early at p5 i think.. Headed to Sydney. God knows how she's been doing now.. God bless her, in any case.
3. Three would be.. Listiyani. I remembered her coming to FMSS in Sec 2 looking all blur and stuff.. haha.. Closest friend I had from fmss, coz we just do all crazy things and stuff.. talked abt our "hot topic" all day long. (still remember? LOL) Yep. She went straight aft 'O's to -guess where- MONASH College!! Goodness me.. and now she's starting yr 2 uni already. (man.. so fast!!) That's one in Melbourne, Australia.
4. MY OWN BRO! ^^ went to Monash college straight after completing 2 yrs of CJC
5. My cousin - Vicky - in Melb U. doing her double degree.. Hope she's happy there!
6. Of course Peter is there as well ><
7. And alas! Even my junior, Laura frm FMSS went a week ago to Australia to go for foundation year! Tho she's one year younger than I am, it means that she will be starting UNI same time as I DO!! Life's not fair, ne? She's in Sydney btw, going for the UNSW courses.. dang.
So that's 7. Might be only a small insignificant number to some, but to me.. that's a hell lot, considering that these ppl are somewhat very close to me. Plus if I was to consider all the other ppl whom I had known from my church.. There would be Mulyadi, Kalvin, Fredi.. that's easily 10 already..
Oh wait! I almost forgot! There is one Nicholas Lim that I met during my first 3 months in MI. He went somewhere in Melbourne, Australia.. but I'm not exactly sure he's headed to Monash or not. Suppose not. So that makes it to the top 8 on my list. Or should I say 7 and a 1/2? Lol. Let's keep 8. It's a more auspicious number. (wait, heck would i care? =p) Man, I miss these pple...
On another random note.. I was noticing how the 'i' thing became so powerful, so rampant, so common it's everywhere and ppl don't seem to mind! First there was:
iPod.
Then came in iPhoto.
and iVideo.
iBlog.
iTools.
iProject.
iMac.
iStore.
iCamera.
then now there's also iPhone.
...
It's Crazy!!!Labels: RANDOM MUSINGS

I want an iPhone!!!
I want an iPhone!!!
Ever wonder what handphones are meant to be like without the usual keypads and more?! Well, technology has proven itself, and now, there's iPhone!! It combines features of iPod -mind you, Video- with normal features of calling and sms with a 2.0 Megapixels worth of camera! And there's also internet!! (Geez.. I seem to be advertising for them)
In any case, here's the link:
http://www.apple.com/iphone/
Feel free to check it out and amaze yourself with what technology had made daydreams to become reality!!
P.S.: to unlock the phone, you need to ''slide'' the lock key.. how cool is that?! (check it out in tech specs)
